What’s a Valentine Party without tiny treats? Once you have your treats and tiny valentines, where will you put them? In a tiny treat bag, of course!
In Part 2, we add more Valentine’s Day fun to our t-shirt project . This is a fun and easy project but adds a big impact to your display! You’ll find a full tutorial video and printable template to follow along.
